Are the retainer fees refundable?
All retainers are non-refundable. The retainer is however deducted from your total balance.
When is payment due?
The retainer is due at the time of booking your appointment to secure a date and time.
Where are you located?
My studio, is located in Hattiesburg, MS, in the Oak Grove Area.
How do I schedule a session? Weddings not included...
It's super easy! All you have to do is contact me with the date you're interested in and I'll get you all set up or you can schedule your appointment online, select your session type and you can pay your session fee by clicking here.
When should I book my session? Weddings not included...
The earlier the better! For both portraits and events, it’s important to book at least a few weeks in advance, if not sooner. This will help ensure greater availability to suit your schedule, as well as allow for more thorough preparation. Please be advised that I book up quickly, during certain seasons, so booking as soon as possible is highly recommended.
What should I expect at the session? Weddings not included...
All sessions are at an on-location site of your choosing or mine if you have no ideas. Should there be a location fee, that would be the responsibility of the client. The sessions are casual, fun, and easygoing. Most importantly, expect to have fun and be yourself!!
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if a rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the session.
After one permitted rescheduling (within 7 days), any further rescheduling will require an additional retainer fee to secure a spot.
What happens after my session is over? Weddings not included...
Within 2 weeks (not including weekends) following your session, you will be sent a link via email to your online gallery for you to view and select your favorite images. The gallery will be online for 7 days for you to select or download your images. After 7 days, there is a $30 fee to re-activate your gallery.
Do you deliver every photo you shoot?
Not every photo is deliverable. Only quality photos that show the best artistic work will be available for delivery. Sometimes there are duplicate photos and then not all photos are of good quality.
Do I have printing right?
Yes, you can print your photos for your own private use. A print release will be delivered with the gallery.
Do you offer items such as albums, canvas, or prints?
Yes, for weddings only...
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
