Booking and Rescheduling

A non-refundable retainer fee of $25-50 is required at booking to secure the scheduled time and date for all sessions (excluding wedding sessions). Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if a rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the session.

After one permitted rescheduling (within 7 days), any further rescheduling will require an additional retainer fee to secure a spot.

***Note: the non-refundable retainer fee is deducted from

the overall balance of the session***

Side Note: Things happen, that’s life! If the weather doesn’t permit a scheduled session that’s completely fine, do not panic, we will find a date that works for both of us. The retainer fee will be moved to secure the new date/time. If the session is canceled the retainer fee is non-refundable. Look At Me Photography & Videography has the right to reschedule an outdoor session due to inclement weather.

Social Media Sharing

It is understandable that the Client might want to post their new photographs or videos on the Internet via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Snap Chat, Instagram, and/or any other social media outlets. This agreement will serve to allow posting low-resolution or high-resolution photos or videos to social media sites, only in the case that Look At Me Photography & Videography is credited and that photos or videos are NOT altered with editing or filters. Additionally, it is understood that the client will NOT remove, or have removed, watermarks from Internet images or videos Look At Me Photography & Videography has uploaded to Facebook, Instagram, or website. The Client and family members can purchase photographs that do not have a watermark.

You are permitted to click the “share” button on any photos or videos posted to Look At Me Photography & Videography's Facebook or IG page. Sharing via screenshots is not recommended for photos on Facebook or IG.

Proofs

Your photos or videos will be available, in a private gallery to view, download and print. Final photos will be available 7-14 business days after the date of the session (unless prior arrangements have been made).

Note:  Wedding Photos and Highlight Videos are delivered 6-8 weeks after shooting or filming (unless other options have been discussed). Final edited photos and videos will be available for 1 week in the gallery and then the gallery will expire. (It is recommended that you download your full gallery upon receiving the link via email).

Clients may request a re-opening of their gallery after it has expired. An unarchiving fee of $30 will be incurred. Upon receipt of the $30 payment, your gallery will be “LIVE” for 3 days.

Deposit and Payment

The Client shall make a deposit to retain the Photographer/Videographer to perform the services specified herein. 

At such time as this order is completed, the deposit shall be applied to reduce the total cost and the Client shall pay the balance due. The balance shall be paid in full during or before the session for the service to be provided. Look At Me Photography & Videography accepts cash, all major credit cards, PayPal, Cash-App, and Venmo.

If payment is not paid in full on the day of the event or before the event/session (unless prior arrangements have been made) there will be a $5 late fee applied each day the balance is late. Example: If the remaining balance is $150 and you are 3 days late with payment there will be a late fee of $15 added to the balance.

Failure to Perform

If the Photographer/Videographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s/Videographer’s illness, then the Photographer/Videographer shall return the deposit to the Client. Still, it shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photography/videography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer/Videographer. In the event the Photographer/Videographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer/Videographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

Client’s Usage

The Client is obtaining photography/videography services for personal use only. If the Client is obtaining a print for a newspaper announcement of the wedding, editorial use, or website, the Photographer/Videographer authorizes the Client to reproduce the print in this manner. The Client shall run a credit for the Photographer/Videographer in such an event. If Client obtains photography/videography services for commercial use, Client shall give Photographer/Videographer credit where applicable. The client is never permitted to edit or alter any photo that is copyrighted by Look At Me Photography & Videography.

Copyright and Reproductions

Look At Me Photography & Videography (The Photographer/Videographer) shall own the copyright on all images/videos created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions and edits of any kind. The Photographer/Videographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s/Videographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, social media, website, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s/Videographer’s studio.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Mississippi.
